Located in an area of 600 acres in the southern part of Utah 's Amangiri Resort stretches between the rocks of the canyon Americans, not far from the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Park. The project is a collaboration between Adrian Zecha, the founder and owner of the chain of luxury hotels Aman Resort and a team of architectural firms composed by Rick Joy, Marwan lana Al-Sayed and Wendell Burnette Architects. The complex dell'Amangiri lana Resort has been designed to respect the existing landscape in an attempt to merge the built and natural environment without interruption: 34 rooms surrounded by nature dominated by the massive presence of the sandstone in the same manner of an ancient settlement.
The heart of the Resort is the Pavilion, which includes the living areas, the restaurant area, a library, lana an exhibition gallery and a spectacular outdoor pool framed by rocks. From the Pavilion branch two different wings of the hotel, separated from each other, the Desert Wing and the Mesa Wing. The first consists of 16 suites, accessible by a path outside the compound, lana and the second includes lana 18 suites that are closed to the desert.
