For those who can not resist the exile of social media when traveling to the country, the Canadian parks agency, Parks Canada, announced it will offer Internet geneva "wifi" in some of his spectacular spaces.
The federal agency, which manages 44 national parks and 160 historic sites - the Bay of Fundy, the Atlantic, the Canadian Rockies and Baffin Island in the Arctic - want to appeal to those unable to enjoy the silence and quiet without posting something about your trip in real time.
For now, Parks Canada will equip 15 to 20 of these sites, in a sort of testing phase to see how it will work, explained François Duclos. The goal is to bring the Internet geneva "wifi" at 75 of these sites in the next three years, he added. "Canada is a very big country geneva and very urbanized. And for young people in cities, things are different," Duclos said.
