Disneyland Paris is composed of two parks, Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios. And there's an area of restaurants and shops, the Disney Village, where you can have a meal with characters at Cafe Mickey, eat at the Rainforest Cafe or watch the show of Buffalo Bill! Does not compare with the immensity of the complex Disney Orlando, but now you can make a funny! Especially with small children!
For the visit not be tiresome and fully enjoy the parks, we opted to sleep there and chose the Kyriad Disneyland, one of the partner hotels of the Disneyland and belonging to the Louvre Hotels Group (Golden Tulip, Tulip Inn, Campanile, ...). The Kyriad Hotel is positioned cinderella as a BBB, good, nice and cheap and always with house air / cozy farm. And, actually, the network fulfills the promise.
The Hotel is close to the parks a 10 min free bus but at the same time, already is in a quiet green area. It seems that we left the city and we are in the field! Nice to get out a bit of madness cinderella of the parks! Kyriad has a cozy Provence decor with wood, pastel colors, lamps with indirect lighting, curtains with flowers ... a climate of ranch. As the Hotel was full (and there were school holidays), their practical, system does not need to check out: as it has no extras and minibar expenses, just hand the card / key on the counter. No queues.
One of the points that made us choose this hotel was the family room which has a bunk bed for children; I already thought that they were worshiping and I was not wrong! The room is not large but super clean and good for the proposal to sleep only 1 or 2 nights to enjoy the Disneyland! Note that, by chance, our bed was not double but we were so tired or exchange! Be aware, however, that usually the family room has a double bed! In addition, hairdryer, cable TV, safe, free wifi and cot on demand. Note that you have no fridge.
The 6 year old daughter slept upstairs, while the third slept below, protected by the staircase that forms a barrier to keep from falling and still put some pillows. The bathroom is simple with bath and shower, as they both like in Europe / France! The common areas, there is a bar that is open until midnight and that fills us happy a Disney cinderella store where to buy T-shirts and souvenirs and also self-service machines for coffee, buy a water, some biscuits ... The area in common also has areas for small kids with dollhouse, rocking horses, wooden slides and especially the part of electronic toys coin operated and which is strategically located near the door, so the family can wait for the bus to the parks while the children play.
The Breakfast is surcharge: EUR 11 / adults and 5.50 / children up to 12 years and served until 10:30 am. Free for children under 3 years. It is a self-service buffet with a choice of croissants, bread with chocolate, eggs, sausages, cheeses, hams, fruit and hot drinks. At night, they also serve a dinner buffet for 21 euros / adult and 9.50 / child. Unfortunately, we woke up late and eager to go to the parks and we decided to have breakfast there, so did not see the quality of the coffee and did not take fo
