When Acme appears murder, all evidence point to Roger, and the sinister and ambitious Judge Doom (ChristopherLloyd) is determined to condemn whatever. Roger begs Valiant to help find the real culprit, but the issue will be complicated as Eddie discovers, scandal after scandal, the very existence of Toontown is in danger.
